LOVE day.

since valentine's day landed on a weekday this year the mister and i have yet to celebrate.

i knew early on that he had a full day of work so i planned my day around the other loves of my life...my beauties!

our morning started off late. papa left to work real early and we slept in...all three of us piled on my bed!

i woke up earlier than the dolls, cranked up a little bob marley & jack johnson, and checked my work email. as i made my way from the computer to the kitchen i saw...

her bed head was extra special that morning. she woke up with her usual cheery disposition and i immediately grabbed her and smothered her with a hundred kisses and another hundred "i LOVE yous". she knew exactly what day it was and reminded me of the heart shaped pancakes we were making that morning...

my baby beauty woke up just in time for breakfast. i smothered her with her share of kisses and "i LOVE yous" and although she wasn't quite ready for pictures just yet, i managed to steal one of her as they ate.

when we were done with breakfast we dressed and made our way to trader joe's to pick up the pizza supplies for our very first ever valentine's day party. nyny decided to accessorize her LOVE day ensemble with some trader j "thiskers"...

after picking up our pizza ingredients we made our way to my dear friend angela's house {i've told you all about her here and here}. my beauties were in awwwwwe {as was i} when we walked into angela's home. let me show you why...

seriously though, how amazing is she?????

not only was the decor out of control wonderful but the whole day was planned out perfectly.

she also had a valentine making station set up where the girls were able to color and make valentines for their papas! when my dolls were done making valentines they said goodbye in the most perfect way possible...with a GROUP HUG!

it was a beautiful day full of love and full of friends.
