my dolls.

as a child i spent countless hours dressing, undressing, and redressing my dolls. i created endless looks from the piles of clothing and accessories i had stored in a golden treasure chest at the foot of my bed.
now, as a grown woman, i still play with dolls. the only difference is my dolls were not bought in a store, brought to me by santa clause, or given to me as a gift on my birthday. today i dress, undress and redress my very own babies...
my real life dolls.

my heart could just explode!!
explode from being so full.
full of love and appreciation for my dolls.
my dolls who inspire me to live my dreams.
my dreams of...
creating my own line of girls accessories,
opening a children's boutique,
styling photoshoots for the most amazing photographers and children's brands,
and best of all
finding a career that would allow me to be a wife and mommy before anything else.

the dolls of my childhood are now tucked away in a closet somewhere in my mother's home. they will soon belong to my daughters. my hope is that they will one day dress, undress, and redress the dolls just as their mommy did.
