a day at the lake.

two fridays ago we spent the day at silverwood lake with my childhood friend and her family. the day started off rainy and gloomy but quickly turned glorious...

because of the rain from earlier, the lake was pretty much abandoned...we counted about six other groups on the lake that entire day. needless to say, our secluded little cove {which we had to shuttle all our gear to with the jet skis}, the great company, and the lack of people on the water made for one of the best days we've had in a very long time.
