mama with style: jessica alba

i pretty much have a huge crush on jessica alba right now.

 so much so, she is my first pick for my new blog series mama with style. she just seems like a down to earth gal who always look effortlessly chic. not to mention, her little honor is one of my favorite tinseltown tots.

my favorite thing about jessica alba is that she dresses comfortably and always looks put together while out and about with her baby; then at night her glam factor goes into high gear.

i think as mommies we sometimes forget about ourselves.

heck-between bathing the babes, feeding the babes, dressing the babes, reading to the babes, picking up after the babes, play dates, cleaning the house, cooking, being a wife, and working-who could blame us??!! 

buuuuuut-even with all that-i think we do have to be careful not to ALWAYS use that as an excuse.

now-don't get me wrong-I DO realize most of us are not celebrities but that doesn't mean we can't look just as beautiful as one.  who decided that frumpy and mommy should go together? i sure as heck don't want to be known as a frumpy mommy!

so let's take a cue from mrs. alba-warren and take our own glam factors up a notch-our husbands will appreciate it. i know my mister will appreciate me being in my pj's less (and brushing my hair for that matter).
